This was a replacement for a broken flute and was needed to make up that pair. I am very thankful and impressed that I could optain this replacement for a reasonable cost with rapid and safe shipping. Great service. Thanks.

Much less than the replacement companies

I was drinking champagne out of one of this set of 10 flutes and I nicked the edge of one flute with the champagne bottle. Then I made it worse by trying to use a crystal file that just made it look worse. I hunted around with Replacements Unlimited, ebay and all the replacement flutes for this set were pretty pricey. So I went to my go to online purchase location and checked out Amazon. One of their vendors had exactly the flute that matched the set for the best price. I ordered it and it arrived right on time in perfect condition.

Exactly as expected

Was shipped as expected and was exactly what I wanted. Came in all original packaging. One of ours broke and I was worried it would be slightly different and not match the set. It was exactly as our original ones and the wife was quite happy and surprised I was able to find replacements.
