The size and heft indicate it is very well made. An attractive ice bucket making any special occasion a classy event. The white hat band adds elegance and is actually a plastic band, not painted. The same ice bucket with black, chrome or brass hat band is also available.


Though it appears larger than an actual hat, the liner takes up space. But that is to be expected to keep the ice chilled. The hat rim has a slight cushion to it, making it feel more authentic.


I managed to find matching black and white tongs as no ice tongs are included. Now all I need are little rabbit shaped ice cubes!


Pefect match with this plate holder. Not suggested for holding the ice bucket.
