Small, Thin and Easily broken = Disappointed

I am a long time Amazon buyer and this is the MOST disappointed I have ever been with a purchase.

I originally found these glasses on the Ravenscroft site while searching for a gift for a wine lover. My wife and I knew we could never buy him a bottle of wine that would meet his standards so we decided on some novel glassware that he could use to drink his wine. From the unusual look to the purpose of the glass these fit the bill perfectly. As we were short of time I decided to buy from Amazon and express the shipping.

Was pleasantly surprised by the price especially given that the Peugeot glasses of the same type go for $40 PER glass versus $53 for all four of these (warning signal number one). Several reviews said they were equivalent so we ordered.

The package arrived quickly with time to spare before the party.

Long packaging box but when I opened there was only one small Ravenscroft box within. I thought I had made a mistake and that the price was for one…

Elegant and unusual wine glasses

They are indeed nice crystal and not nearly as awkward to hold as others would have you believe. Unfortunately we didn’t find they did much for amplifying nor enhancing the wine drinking experience, but they are good conversation starters when we drag them out to use.
