This is not a journal for beginners – it’s for wine lovers. The order comes with full page protectors, but the company’s website offers other layouts as well. We use the 1/2 page vertical layout so that we can insert the winemaker’s notes in one side and our own thoughts in the other. Wine connoisseurs will love this book!
