Recommendation to improve service
I received the order as predicted. The outside of the box was intact however the two glasses in the center of the box were smashed. It cannot be determined in whose custody the damage occurred or whose fault it was. Amazon immediately offered to reimburse me upon receipt of the returned goods. The procedure for doing this included a prepaid shipping label to be attached to the item. The directions for returning the item were very concise and helpful. I wrote a short response stating that I would prefer that the glasses be replaced but never received a response. This option should be added to the return options menu. I am in the process of returning the box and its contents via UPS. I still want the glasses as it is intended as a gift for an old friend who is dear to me..

Received these as a Christmas gift from my husband. Stunning classic design, beautifully cut, flawless full lead crystal, optimal weight and balance. Perfection!
